Get Involved

Pasadena Beautiful Foundation works with individuals, community organizations and the City to restore, renew and protect Pasadena’s parks, urban forests and public spaces.

BE A MEMBER
By joining as a member you will help Pasadena Beautiful Foundation restore, renew and protect Pasadena’s parks, urban forests and public spaces.

PARTICIPATE WITH WEDNESDAY WEEDERS
Our volunteers meet every Wednesday, weather permitting, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., from September to end of May in parks and library gardens all over the city.  It’s a great way to keep our city beautiful and to give back to our community.

NOMINATE A GARDEN FOR THE GOLDEN ARROW AWARD
Please consider nominating a garden in your neighborhood through our website that you feel deserves the Golden Arrow Award.

REQUEST A TREE FOR PLANTING
The city of Pasadena has a beautiful urban canopy of trees that we all enjoy.  Our key mission is to maintain that urban forest.  Please contact us to request a replacement for a dead tree or to upgrade to a larger one.

ATTEND SPECIAL EVENTS
Two or three times a year Pasadena Beautiful Foundation hosts public seminars exclusively for its membership.  An example of one is on “How to View a Garden” by a prominent landscape architect.  We hope to see you at our events. Two or three times a year, PBF board members and general members get together and go on field trips around the Los Angeles and southern California area.  Examples of future trips include:  The Robinson Gardens in Beverly Hills, Apricot Lane Farms in Moorpark, Lotusland in Montecito, CA.
